Brent Harsh is the founder and Managing Partner at the firm. For over a decade, he has tried almost more cases than any other civil attorney in Nevada. This experience has scared insurance companies and large corporations that have injured his clients, into settling cases early.
Brent was born at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. He grew up playing little league baseball at the Pyramid and spending his summers at Tahoe.
Brent graduated with honors from the University of Nevada with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
In 2001, Brent was admitted to practice law in Oregon, and in 2004, he was admitted to practice law in Nevada. He is admitted in the United States District Courts for Oregon and Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Brent started his legal carrier as a deputy district attorney, but soon started representing insurance companies and defending negligent parties. He has extensive experience in the areas of litigation, civil practice, personal injury, insurance law, and insurance bad-faith litigation. He has been an invited speaker to educate other attorneys on litigation and insurance bad faith litigation.
He has two children and spends his spare time riding his road bike on the Verdi Loop or running the Ditch Trail training for triathlons or marathons.
